Our goal is to make the return shipping process as easy as possible because we value your business.  

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund as long as the item is in new, unopened condition, with original packaging and accessories.  

Holiday Return Policy: Any qualifying holiday gift you purchase between November 15, 2009 and December 23, 2009 can be returned for any reason until January 31, 2010.

** All fabric by the yard, custom made or personalized items are not returnable **

*All original shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount. For orders that were shipped free or with discounts: if the returned items cause your original order to fall below the required amount to qualify for free shipping or a discount, we will subtract the original shipping costs and discount amount from the amount to be credited.

No returns accepted after 30 days from purchase. We will credit your original method of payment immediately upon manufacturers receipt of the item.
